Write either an email at askanomaliestudios@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram requesting the return and we will refund the total of your order, there are no returns for product exchange. We will send you the shipping fee and an address in order to return the undesired product. 

You have a maximum of 15 working days to request a return and it will only be posible if the product is in perfect condition.

The money will be refunded to the card with which you placed the order.

Anomalie offers free shipping on all orders in the Spanish Peninsula. Shipping in Europe and international shipping will have an extra cost of 18€ for orders under 120€. The shipping method will be signed with a tracking number through Correos. Delivery times are estimated around 2-4 working days, we don't take responsibility for delays caused by the courier service.

All orders are prepared once we've received the payment confirmation and are sent during the following hours, always following our schedule:

Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 18:00 p.m.
